CAN-formity
The project uses the standardized industrial can as a repeated form to examine how consumer culture shapes identity and how convenience can make conformity appear as individual choice. Variations in clay, pressure, and touch disrupt the logic of uniformity, turning each object into a portrait. The ongoing series currently comprises 28 works.
